To check on the toasting progression during the cooking cycle, simply use the high lift lever to raise and lower toast. · The toaster turns off when the desired toast colour is achieved and automatically raises the toast. The toasting process can be stopped at any time by pressing the `Cancel' button located on the side of the toaster. When the toasting cycle is complete, the toaster will `beep' to indicate that the toast is ready. No need to wait while the toast cooks.
