A child's safety is your responsibility • Read these instructions carefully and make yourself familiar with the pushchair before using it with your child. € If your pushchair is used by someone unfamiliar with it (for example grandparents) always show them how the pushchair works. € Your child's safety may be affected if you do not follow these instructions. [. . . ] € For children under 6 months the shoulder straps 17 must run through the lower belt slots 15. € For children over 6 months the shoulder straps can run through the upper belt slots 15. If using an alternative harness conforming to BS6684, D ring attachments are found on each side of the pushchair. How to adjust the shoulder strap height correctly: Open the cover on the backrest 20. Push the buckle tongues 47 of the shoulder straps 17 edgewise from the rear through the belt slots 15. Push the buckle tongues 47 back through the appropriate belt slots 15. Check for correct fitting by pulling on the shoulder straps 17. €KLICK“ How to secure your child using the harness: Engage both buckle tongues 16 in the buckle housing 18 with an audible. Adjust the harness by shifting the harness adjuster 19 to the desired position. Always re-adjust the harness when changing the seating position of your child. How to undo the harness: Push on the buckle housing 18 from the front. Use the pushchair for children under 6 months only with the backrest reclined all the way back 20. Pull upwards the backrest adjustment handle 21 with the other hand. Swivel the backrest 20 until it engages in the desired position. 3 Adjusting the leg support How to put the leg support 23 up: Swivel the leg support 23 upwards until it engages in the desired position. How to put the leg support 23 down: Swivel the leg support 23 up slightly. Swivel the leg support 23 downwards until it engages in the desired position. 4 Varying the hood Fold the hood 11 to the desired position. Opening the hood window 30: Open the zipper and fold the hood 11 all the way forwards. 5 Fastening the apron How to fasten the apron 48: Pull the apron 48 over the leg support 23 from below. Fasten the snaps about the bumper bar 9. Fasten the Velcro fasteners on the side of the pushchair seat 8.
