[. . . ] You must wait 20 minutes for it to cool. 6 Cooling Down Wait for a while The temperature of the drum unit or toner cartridge is too hot. The DCP will pause its current print job and go into cooling down mode. During the cooling down mode, you will hear the cooling fan running while the display on the DCP shows Cooling Down, and Wait for a while. The front cover is not completely closed. ACTION Make sure you can hear the fan in the DCP spinning and the exhaust outlet isn't blocked by something. If the fan is spinning, remove some obstacles that surround the exhaust outlet, and then leave the DCP for several minutes. If the fan is not spinning, turn off the DCP and then turn it on again. No cartridge No Paper Fed The toner cartridge is not installed properly. The DCP is out of paper or paper is not properly loaded in the paper tray.
