If you pressed 2 in Step 4, the document will be stored in the memory and can be retrieved from any other fax machine until you delete the fax in memory by using the Cancelling a Job menu setting. Once a document has been stored in memory for Polling Transmit, it can be sent and received more than once. Setup for Polling Transmit with Secure Code When you choose POLLING:SECURE, anyone who polls your machine must enter the polling secure code. 1 2 3 4 5 Insert the document face down in the ADF. 8.
