With turn around polling on, when the sending operation is complete and before the call is terminated, your Image 2000 asks the called machine if it has any documents on its bulletin board. If it has, they will be received by your Image 2000. The factory setting for turn around polling is OFF. To switch turn around polling ON SET UP STOP To poll a document from another fax machine You can retrieve a document from another fax machine in one of two ways. Even where the number of telephones has been limited, there is no guarantee that the different types of telephone on the same line will ring.
