[. . . ] The Received Calls list holds up to 50 telephone numbers and they are stored in the order they were received. The Missed Calls list is a sub-list of the Received Calls list. If a new call is received when a calls list is full, the oldest entry will be deleted automatically. When there are new/un-viewed missed calls the icon will be displayed and the Power/In Use light on the base will flash. To ensure that the caller's name is displayed, make sure you have stored the full number, including the dialling code in the phonebook. It may take a couple of seconds for the display to show the telephone number or name for an incoming call. The displays will initially display External Call followed by the number. Repeated calls from the same number will appear in the calls list as separate entries. When you have viewed a call it will be classed as "old". Accessing the Missed/Received Calls list There are two ways that you can view the Missed/Received Calls list: Either via the menu, as shown below, if you want to view either only missed calls or, only received calls. Or, by pressing DOWN to go directly to a list of all received calls, whether answered or not. View and dial from any of the Calls lists 1. Press UP or DOWN navigation button until Calls Lists is displayed and select OK. If a call is new (un-viewed), the symbol will be displayed to the right of the entry. 3. Press UP or DOWN to display the type of calls list you want and select OK. Press UP or DOWN to scroll through the list. Press Or, Press to exit and return to standby. to dial a displayed number. When all new calls have been viewed the symbol will disappear from the display. Your BT Reveal can display numbers up to 24 digits and names up to 13 characters. If a caller has withheld their number, Withheld will be displayed. If the number is unavailable, Unavailable will be displayed. If the call is from an international number, International will be displayed. If the call is from the operator, Operator will be displayed. If the call is from a payphone, Payphone will be displayed. If the call is from a ringback request, Ringback will be displayed. Copy a Calls list number to the phonebook 1. Press UP or DOWN navigation button until Calls Lists is displayed and select OK.
