In the "New Control Chart" wizard "Data Collection" step, click Add sampling. In the "Create a new Sampling" panel, type a name in the "Sampling Name" box. Set the "Start Time" for the sampling by clicking on the calendar icon. To set a "Stop Time", activate the check box and set the stop time by clicking the calendar icon. Click OK.
