Preheat the empty appliance to burn off the remaining grease. Set the function and the maximum temperature. Let the appliance operate for ten minutes. Accessories can become hotter than usual. The appliance can emit an odour and smoke. Make sure that the airflow is sufficient. Turn the knob for the oven functions to an oven function. When the appliance operates, the cooling fan activates automatically to keep the surfaces of the appliance cool. If you deactivate the appliance, the cooling fan continues to operate until the temperature in the appliance cools down. ⢠The appliance has five shelf levels. Count the shelf levels from the bottom of the appliance floor. ¢ The appliance has a special system which circulates the air and constantly recycles the steam.
