Alarm The alarm mode is activated by pressing only the "+" or "-" key; It can be activated also when the touch control and the hob are off. If the touch control is turned on (using the power key) the alarm mode goes off automatically. Thermal protection of the control panel When the control panel detects an ambient temperature greater than 95° (+- 5%) it shuts off the elements. A heating C element that is shut off by the thermal protection can be turned on only when the temperature drops below 95° C. The pot detection prevents a cooking zone from turning on without a pot being put on it. [. . . ] The device must also be located in an accessible position.
