Close gate over gas supply and seal around the pipe with fibreglass insulation material. Sealing is important as it prevents leakage from fan chamber into chimney: also check for gas soundness. 19 Fuel bed and log installation 16. The fuel bed is contained within the burner chamber. The fuel bed is retained by a spring clip fixed to the rear of the burner chamber FUEL BED MUST BE HARD UP AGAINST REAR OF BURNER. 20 17.
