About This Manual Indicator hand What to do if the bottom dial hand is stopped The watch is shipped from the factory with the bottom dial hand stopped in order to conserve battery power. Even though the bottom dial hand is stopped, the watch continues to maintain the current time internally. If the bottom dial hand is stopped when you purchase the watch, press any one of the watch's buttons to start hand movement.
