Dishwasher Safe Stainless Steel Construction For Conventional Oven or Barbecue

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1.  [. . . ] Place meat in oven with thermometer facing the door. Leave thermometer in meat while roasting. When pointer reaches desired temperature,  remove from oven. BOIL TEST INTRUCTIONS: 1. To test thermometer for accuracy,  immerse probe into 2 1/2" of boiling water (212°). If pointer does not register at "Boil Test": If pointer is higher,  add that number of degrees to the recommended temperature for meat being cooked according to the chart. Adjust red preset indicator on dial to mark the correct degree of doneness desired.
