If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible. OperatiON Your Cable Winch Puller is designed to be used for dead loads ONly. Do not use your Cable Puller for any type of lifting operation. Inspect the CABLE (9) along its full length for any frays, kinks or damage. Identify the Anchor Point and Load that you will connect your Cable Puller to.
