Only use the ratchet provided to drive the torque multipler. unpackIng When unpacking, make sure that the item is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this document as soon as possible. operatIon 1. Insert the handle into the Torque Multiplier head. Connect the 3/4" Drive Ratchet onto the 3/4" receptacle of the Torque Multiplier. Connect a 1" socket or 1" extension to the 1" output drive of the Torque Multiplier. Set the Direction Lever on the 3/4" Drive Ratchet to either forward or reverse. Brace the Torque Multiplier handle against an unmovable object so it remains stationary. Move the Ratchet handle in the direction that you want the socket to rotate.
