Snap the chair cover onto the frame in two places on each side: over the top of the arm, and around the side of the chair. If the arms are open completely, you should not be able to close them. Press the triggers on the bottom of each arm so that the pins slide toward the ground. Hold the chair in position on the table so that the arms are level with the table surface. Push the chair onto the table until it cannot go any further. Push the pin on one arm up until it is resting firmly against the bottom of the table.
