[. . . ] The parameter P00 permits the configuration of the MRS 5-1B for the following 2 types of units : P00 = 0 : ILZHE P00 = 1 : ILZC reversible, without auxiliary device Important : in this configuration, the installer will add a minimum of 30% glycol in the water circuit (risk of freezing). P00 = 2 : ILZC in heating alone (cooling mode not available in this configuration). presence of an oulet for controlling a boiler (see Chapter 5 regulation). The MRS 5-1 B is equipped with a microprocessor ensuring the following functions : Chilled or hot water temperature control. [. . . ] Level 1 : On MRS5 fault display, flashing red LED and J5-5 fault contact closing. p00=0 : compressor , fan and electrical devices stopped (possibility of authorizing operation of electrical auxiliary devices for 48h , see remote relaunching). P00=1 : fan and compressor stopped P00=2 : fan and compressor stopped, boiler operating if required, as per selected mode (whatever P40) Level 2 : On MRS5 fault display, flashing red LED, and closing of J5. In case of fault, there is a neutral available on the terminal box J5, terminal 5 for recovering the unit fault or non fault information. When the unit is in level 1 fault in heating mode only, it is possible to put back into operation the auxiliary electrical devices for 48 hrs (while waiting for the fault repair) : through the Climbox 2 (P04 = 0) by pressing 10 sec. On the Run / Stop key through the all or nothing entries (P04 = 1) by closing the contact J2 11 12 through the MCAD5 (P04 = 2) by pressing key Reset Level or 0 : Automatic acquittal as soon as fault disappears. Level 1 or 2 : Acquittal as soon as fault dispappears and resetting of the card (reset). This safety device is active in all cases D For the ILZHE with R22 and the ILZC with R22/R407C, the heater is controlled by the MRS5. 1B P00 = 0 and P01 = 0 , P002 : If external air T < 2C and if (water return T < 3C or water outlet T < 3C) , heater is supplied. Heater stops as soon as external air T > 4C or (water return T > 5C and water outlet T > 5C). P00 = 1 : If external air T < 13C and if (water return T < 12C or water outlet T < 12C), then the heater is supplied. The heater stops as soon as the external air T > 11C or (water return T > 10C and water outlet T > 10C). D For the ILZHE with R407C (P00 + 0 and P01 = 1) ; the heaters are not controlled by the card as the outlet controls the bypass valve. Water temperature in the water loop whatever the operating mode (cooling - heating - building frost-free mode and stop). [. . . ] When the outside temperature goes above 12C, the circulating pump stops. However, the circulating pump can stop only 3 min. In case of fault from the outside sensor, the circulating pump automatically runs in continuous. When the circulating pump stops, a 7 days " unblocking " tempo is launched. [. . . ]
