[. . . ] Switching the Alarm ON and OFF · The alarm is switched ON and OFF each time button (B) is pressed in the H-AL mode, and the date & mode hand moves. 3. Stopping the Alarm · The alarm tone can be stopped from sounding by pressing any of buttons (A), (B) or (C) while the alarm tone is sounding. 4. Alarm Tone Monitor · You can check the alarm tone by pressing button (B) for about 2 seconds in the HAL mode. Local Time (L-TM) · This function lets you set the time in another region or country. · The time can be set in 30 minute units based on the time on the sub watch. 9.
