The desired frequency band can be selected with the BAND selector (17). In USW/FM mode pull out the telescopic antenna (22) and turn it to improve reception. Shift the FUNCTION switch (15) to the middle position to switch off the radio. Insert the CD with the label facing up and close the CD deck. The number of tracks is displayed after a few seconds. The CD starts to play from the first track. With the SKIP/SEARCH keys (2 and 10) you skip forward or backward from one track to another by pressing the relevant key briefly. By keeping the key pressed, you can search through the track (I = back; I = forward). PLAY/PAUSE As the CD plays Press once = pause (the PLAY/PAUSE display (8) flashes). Press the PLAY/PAUSE key (11) again to resume playing the CD. REPEAT Press once (the dot on the display lights up): the current track is repeated continuously. Press twice (the dot on the display flashes): the whole CD is repeated continuously. PROGRAM It allows you to program your favorite sequence of tracks.
