The decanter must be positioned so that the safety pin of the transparent cover disc is located on the surface of the safety switch on the edge of the chromed casing. Fill the ingredients into the decanter and cover with the lid. The decanter must be held firmly during the mixing. For constant mixing (continuous mode): When operating in levels 1 or 2 snap the selector into the desired position: Level 1 = low rpm Level 2 = high rpm Shift the selector to , , 0" to switch off the appliance. Turn the switch now to position , , P". The switch must be kept in this position for the desired interval. Before putting the mixer away, wrap the cable around the slot on the motor casing. Wash and dry all the parts of the decanter. Warning: The electric plug must be removed before the mixer is taken apart!All the parts of the decanter can be washed in the uppermost rack of the dishwasher. After cleaning and drying the decanter must be reassembled so that the gasket is located between the blade block and the decanter. Before using each time the blade block must be screwed securely onto the decanter. Dry the external surface of the mixer base with a moist cloth. Important notice on the safety switch The all-purpose mixer is equipped with a safety switch that avoids that the motor run without the decanter mounted on it (danger of injury!When the decanter is mounted, the safety pin on the transparent cover disc presses against the safety switch of the motor casing. the all-purpose mixer can now be switched on. If the safety pin does not press correctly against safety switch, the motor does not run. [. . . ] Should the warranty be valid, please consign the complete appliance in its original packing together with the cash receipt to your local dealer. defects to the accessories do not entitle to the change of the appliance.
