Conwin Cylinder Hand Trucks
Conwin's Hand Trucks are designed expressly for the balloon industry to support and transport helium cylinders.  [. . . ] Use the lower belt hook when transporting small cylinders. 

Push the release button to lower the rear wheel carriage. IMPORTANT: Make sure the release button locks into the second setting hole to secure the rear wheel carriage in the tilt-back position.

Add-On Accessory

ADD-ON

Firmly grip the top of the hand truck and place your foot on the rear wheel carriage. Slowly lower the cylinder back on the rear wheels to the tilt-back position.

Add-On Workbench

Attach the balloon inflator to the cylinder parallel with the handle of the hand truck. The 4-Wheel Hand Truck doubles as a safety stand when in the tilt-back position.  [. . . ] The side bars are ideal for holding scissors,  or to use as a tying point for Conwin's Dacron Archline.
