The Adapter has a locking ring that will hold it in place. 2 Attach the helium line to the filling outlet of a Duplicator 2 inflator or Dual Split-Second Sizer. 3 Set the Duplicator 2 or Dual Sizer to the appropriate size setting for 11-inch or larger balloons. Use a wrench to tighten the T-42 Adapter to the helium cylinder. The T-4-2 Adapter will enable two regulators to work off one helium cylinder.
