1.  [. . . ] The battery can be recharged at any level. Verify the Power Pack is Fully Charged - To verify the Power Pack is fully charged and ready for use,  turn the power switch to the ON position (with the red portion of the button showing). The consumption meter should read 12 Volts. A fully charged Power Pack will provide over 5 hours of continual use with Conwin's Dual Split-Second Sizer or Duplicator 2. Tips For Best Results: The Power Pack is designed exclusively for use with the Dual Split-Second Sizer and the Duplicator 2. The Power Pack is not recommended for use with the Precision Air,  Air Force 4,  or other electrical products that have large electrical requirements. 
IMPORTANT: Turn the unit OFF when not in use (the red portion of the power button should not be visible),  conserving the battery and maximizing usage time.
