RGB window of has Vertical refresh rate no display. Incorrect TPS user interface firmware/software. TPS-XVGAL improperly installed. Make sure that RGB window object resides in project, re-compile, and reload. Check that RGB button on the Setup Menu is displayed. If not, card is not being recognized by the TPS user interface. Follow "Installation and Hookup" procedure in this guide. Damaged connector Inspect connector pins. If broken, contact Crestron customer service. Video colors in RGB Improper computer Verify proper video color or sync window incorrect or video connection(s). Shipments arriving freight collect or without an RMA number shall be subject to refusal. CRESTRON reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to charge a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping costs, on any products returned with an RMA.
