You may turn off the timer and display by pressing the Start button for 5 seconds. Once you replace the filter, reset the timer by pressing the Start button for 3 seconds. This is normal due to the cooling system. TIPS AND HINTS CLEANING AND CARE CAUTION: To prevent personal injury or electric shock, always unplug your Cuisinart® ® Countertop Filtration System from outlet before cleaning.
