There is no need for a disc tray to eject in order to load a disc. All you need to do is simply insert your disc into the DVD unit's slot. The DVD unit will "grab" the disc when you have inserted it halfway. To eject, push the EJECT button next to the loading slot or on the remote control. NOTE: Make sure you insert the disc correctly. While in front of the main unit, make sure the disc label is facing you. Be careful not to touch the playing surface. Hold the disc by the sides and with your fore finger through the hold in the middle and insert gently into the tray.
