[. . . ] WARNING: Use extreme caution when removing shipping cones and installing feet. Failure to do so could result in injury. With an assistant, carefully remove each (standard) cone-shaped shipping support using a 3/4" socket or wrench. Carefully place rubber feet (supplied with machine) on each foot of the frame. Carefully remove hardware kit, chin handle and support leg secured to frame. With an assistant, carefully lift chin handle onto dip handle. NOTE: If holes do not line up then loosen the 12 Button Head Socket Cap Screws (BHSCS) securing dip handle to frame. Apply loctite #242 to the BHSCS (supplied in hardware kit). NOTE: BHSCS . 375-16 x . 625 are installed on the inside of connection plate. BHSCS 3. 75-16 x . 875 are installed on the outside of connection plate. Apply loctite to holes of connection plate. Using a 7/32" Allen wrench (supplied in kit) securley tighten all BHSCS securing chin handle in place. If BHSCS securing dip handle were loosened in step 5B then remove one BHSCS, apply loctite to hole in connection plate and BHSCS and then reinstall BHSCS. Repeat this step until all 12 BHSCS are loctited then securley tighten all BHSCS. NOTE: Do not remove all BHSCS at the same time as connection plate will fall. Align holes of support leg with holes on frame. Push BHSCS (supplied in kit) through holes of support leg and frame. Place lower bracket on BHSCS from step 6A. See Figure 2. Place locknuts on BHSCS and securely tighten with a 9/16" Support Leg wrench and 7/32" Allen wrench. If weight stack is already installed, proceed to step 11. Using a 1/8" Allen wrench, remove the two Button Head Socket Cap Screws (BHSCS) securing the bottom bracket to the frame. [. . . ] When inspecting cables, run your fingers on the cable, paying particular attention to bends in the cable and attachment points. WARNING: Replace all worn cables immediately.
