Lift your leg to no more than 45 degrees, maintaining torso stabilization and focusing on hip musculature. Return to the starting position and repeat, then perform with the opposite leg. CAUTION: Be sure to utilize the machine arm for balance only. Do not use the arm to support your body weight, which may result in machine damage or injury.
