Procedure
1. Remove contents from carton and examine for damaged or missing parts. 

2. Slide the CM-P2436 Weldment into position on the channel with the Nut Retainer Plates inside of the channel and tighten the screws securely. If the Weldment still slides,  check to make sure the Nut Retainers are on top of the Nut Retainer Plates. Insert a 1-1/2" NPT threaded pipe (not included) securely into the CM-P2436 Weldment and tighten. Screw a #10 self-drilling screw into the threaded pipe through the existing hole in the coupling to prevent removal of the pipe.
