[. . . ] If they are not aligned correctly, reverse and repeat steps 1 through 6. a. 1 x Torque wrench Page Page attaching and aligning the handle post STEP 2 STEP 3 2: Tighten the headset set screw with a 10mm hex wrench (Allen key) to a torque of 60-100kgf/cm. There should be no play (movement) in the headset assembly at this stage. * Maximum torque - 200kgf/cm 3: Tighten the handle post clamp screw with a 6mm hex wrench (Allen key) to a torque of 100-150kgf/cm. By tightening this clamp screw, the handle post is secured to the fork steerer. When the headset set screw is loosened (Step 4) the headset assembly is kept in place by the handle post clamp screw. * Maximum torque - 200kgf/cm Page Page attaching and aligning the handle post STEP 4 STEP 5 4: Loosen the headset screw using a 10mm hex wrench (Allen key). 5: Now tighten the handle post clamp screw completely with a 6mm hex wrench (Allen Key) to a torque of 150-200kgf/cm. By tightening this clamp screw, the handle post is secured to the fork steerer and should not be able to rotate on the steerer tube. * Maximum torque - 200kgf/cm Page Page attaching and aligning the handle post STEP 6 6: Finally, tighten the headset screw completely with a 6mm hex wrench (Allen Key) to a torque of 150-200kgf/cm. Make sure that the handle bar and front wheel are perpendicular to each other. If they are not aligned correctly, reverse and repeat steps 1 through 6. * Maximum torque - 200kgf/cm.
