Before using it for the first time, clean the motor assembly with a damp cloth. Wash and dry all parts coming into contact with the food products carefully. Put the ingredients to be prepared into the graduated beaker provided. Immerse the stem (3) in the food and turn the appliance on using the ON/OFF button (2). Important: Never use the appliance for more than 10 seconds consecutively then leave to cool.
