Crumble the yeast in a teacup and dissolve in two tablespoons of warm water. Make a hole in the top of the mixture and introduce a tablespoon of olive oil and the dissolved yeast. Mix well, gradually adding lukewarm water until the dough is soft and smooth. Knead energetically until the dough becomes elastic.
