For example, if the thermostat knob is in the DARK position, you can interrupt coffee delivery by turning the knob to the KEEP WARM position. If the thermostat knob is in the LIGHT position, you can turn the knob to the DARK position and resume operation for a further period of time until a higher temperature is obtained and the coffee has a stronger flavour. · Place the percolator on the base.
