Equipped with the DL-A100 cartridge, the DP-A100 is capable of masterfully reproducing the energy and beauty of analog discs. The DP-A100 features the 100th anniversary logo badge, and comes with a 5-year warranty and a signed certificate of authenticity from the chief production engineer who hand crafted the product. Also included is the DL-A100 cartridge and a beautiful Denon "brand book" that explores the history of one of the leading names in the audio-visual field.

The DP-A100's beautiful cabinet has been made with sliced veneer of natural wood and given a multi-coat finish similar to lacquer to produce a deep glossy lustre.

Large insulators have been installed on the DP-A100 to achieve ideal damping characteristics against external vibration.

The DP-A100 has a large die-cast aluminium platter with a diameter of 331mm. Silicone rubber, a deadening material, has been applied over the entire reverse side to minimise vibration and suppress howling.
