With one person grasping each support arm, carefully lift the entire assembly upright. Keep the two arm assemblies parallel to each other to avoid damage due to twisting. If radius cap molding is rubber, there could be the possibility for water leaks if top bracket is fastened against the rubber molding. In those applications, it is recommended that the top leg of the bracket be fastened against the awning rail flange as shown in FIG. Note: Top rafter bracket assembly is independent of the main support arm assembly.
