Make sure that the middle of the turntable fits into the turntable shaft. The glass tray should never be restricted. Both glass tray and turntable ring assembly must always be used during cooking. All food and containers should be placed onto the glass turntable during cooking at all times. If the glass tray or turntable ring assembly cracks or breaks, contact your nearest authorized service center. iNSTALLATION · Check the oven for any damage, such as dents or a damaged door.
