Place the deep fryer on a horizontal, heat resistant surface. Place the handle in the horizontal position until it clicks. Fill the frying pan with lidquide oil, suitable for heating, until the oil level is situated between the “MIN” and “MAX” level indicated in the frying pan. Don’t every use the appliance when there is to much or to little oil in the pan. (230V~50Hz), the red light will come on. Put the appliance on by turning the temperature switch. Select the desired temperature with the temperature switch. The green light will come on when the desired tempeature is reached. When the temperature of the oil gets to low the indication light of the temperature will go of and will light up again when the desired temperature is reached again. Place the food you wish to fry in the basket, place the basket carefully back into the oil. Only place food into the basket until it is half full, for a better backing result. Note : to preserve the quality of the oil it is recommended to spice up the food after frying. Remove the basket carefully out of the oil and check if the food is thoroughly coocked. Let the food drip out for 10 to 12 seconds. Turn off the appliance by turning the themperature knob to the minimum position. Place the basket back in the frying pan.
