DualElectronicsCorp. warrantsthisproducttothe originalpurchasertobefreefromdefectsinmaterial andworkmanshipforaperiodofoneyearfromthe dateoftheoriginalpurchase. DualElectronicsCorp. agrees, atouroption, during thewarrantyperiod, torepairanydefectinmaterial orworkmanshiportofurnishanequalnew, renewed orcomparableproduct(whicheverisdeemed necessary)inexchangewithoutcharges, subjectto verificationofthedefectormalfunctionandproof ofthedateofpurchase. Subsequentreplacement productsarewarrantedforthebalanceoftheoriginal warrantyperiod. Thiswarrantyisextendedtothe originalretailpurchaserforproducts purchasedandusedintheU. S. A. Thiswarrantycoversalldefects inmaterialandworkmanshipinthisproduct.
