Model LD:
!1 feeding lane with 2 length folds (longitudinal) and rear delivery. [. . . ] Safety device between ironer and folder. Additional control panel installed in front of the ironing and folding set.
Operation:
!Length folding section done by air jets between reverse rotating rollers: - 2 length folds on 1 lane (1 x 3000-3300 mm) or 2 lanes (4 x 700-750 mm).
Features:
!The robust steel chassis is made of bended 3 and 4 mm thick metal sheets. Transmission done by asynchronous motor managed by frequency control driving timing belts and using clutches. Automatic speed variation by means of frequency converter (3 pre-set speeds). Each program can get 3 different speeds. Easy to use control system managing up to 20 folding programs. Automatic detection and measuring of items by photoelectric cells. Buzzer and flashing light alarms in case of jam. [. . . ] Second and third cross folds carried out by air blasts between reversing conveyors.
Option stackers:
ALC or ALC2 for single/double bed sheet sort-out. Stacked piles of programmed numbers/quantities with possibility to be installed on either side of folder.
