EN-MGS24 Encore Electronics is proud to present the 24 Port Manageable Gigabit Ethernet Switch. [. . . ] In addition, QoS functions provide priority to bandwidth intensive services such as VoIP and video conferencing. Rack-mountable facilitates clean organization of switches. The unit is able to function as a standalone switch right out of the box. Auto-negotiation detects networking speeds of either 10, 100 or 1000Mbps while determining Full or Half-duplex modes. Auto MDI and MDI-x supports both straight-through or crossover cables for connection between hubs, routers, PCs and other switches.
