When you print out by using the printer's control panel, first specify the necessary number of copies on the control panel, and then start the print job. The Job Management check box is selected by default so that the job information is attached to the print data when it is sent to the printer. Using the Reserve Job function Settings for the Reserve Job function are carried out in the PostScript printer driver. Follow the instructions below to specify Reserve Job function settings: Note: The Reserve Job function can be used only when the printer is equipped with the optional Hard Disk Drive. The Hard Disk Option setting must be set to Installed in the PostScript printer driver in order to use the Reserve Job function in Windows NT4. 0/2000/XP. Note: This function can be used only with PostScript files. Other file formats, such as EPS, PDF, and TIFF, are not supported. Enables you to print out the calibration sheet necessary for calibrating color. Enables you to transfer the color calibration data to the printer, as well as delete or verify it.
