1. Insert the Expression 1600 Scanner Software CD-ROM into your CDROM drive. In the dialog box that appears,  select your preferred language. If a dialog box does not automatically appear,  open the CD folder and double-click Cdsetup. exe,  then select your preferred language.  [. . . ] Click the Add Software icon,  then make sure that "Acrobat Reader Ver. 4. 0" is listed with a check mark in the application list. Note: Some of the software is selected in the application list by default. If you want to read the PDF files without installing other applications,  clear the check marks next to the applications you do not want to install. Click the OK button.

1. Insert the Expression 1600 Scanner Software CD-ROM into your CDROM drive. Double-click Reader Installer in the CD-ROM's "Acrobat Reader\ English" folder. After installation,  double-click any of the PDF files on the CD-ROM to read them.

Presto!PageManager for EPSON You need to install PageManager before you can access the PDF manual for it. See the next section for installation instructions. See Chapter 3 of the Expression 1600 User's Guide for details. II,  double-click Setup. exe in "Epscan2\English" folder. II's online help for operating instructions. Insert the TextBridge Classic CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive. In the dialog box that appears,  select your preferred language. If a dialog box does not automatically appear,  open the CD folder and double-click Setup. exe,  then select your preferred language. Insert the Photoshop CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive. Open the CD folder and double-click Setup. exe in "English\Photosle",  then follow the on-screen instructions.

Presto!PageManager for EPSON Double-click the Presto! [. . . ] Open the CD folder and double-click Setup. exe in "English\Photosle",  then follow the on-screen instructions.

Presto!PageManager for EPSON Double-click the Presto!PageManager Installer#1 icon in the "Presto!PageManager Disk1" folder which is located in the Expression 1600 Scanner Software CD-ROM folder.  [. . . ]
