NOTE: It is important for the installer to understand the necessity of the nylon washers (#15) provided. These washers adequately space painted parts at all pivot points. Neglecting the use of these washers will result in rusted parts. NOTE: All board arms are made of rectangular tubing. Tightening hardware too tight may damage tubing and make adjustment of system difficult. Attach Pivot Channel (#6) to Vertical Main Post (#1) using two "U" Bolts (#4), four washers (#3) and four locknuts (#7). Position top of Pivot Channel even with top of Vertical Main Post. Insert Tube Plug (#5) into top of Vertical Main Post (#1). It may be necessary to use a hammer or rubber mallet to tap in plug.

Secure "T" Bar (#8) to Pivot Channel using bolt (#2), two washers (#3), two nylon washers (#15) and one hex nut (#7). Tighten bolts snug but, do not over tighten. "T" Bar must pivot freely.

4. Locate the lower board arms (#19 with decal) and insert tube plugs (#9) in both ends.
NOTE: The lower board arms can be identified by the "Goaliath" decal on them. The upper board arms do not have a decal. Attach Lower Board Arms (#19) to the next to bottom hole in Pivot Channel (#6), as shown in Figure 4, using one bolt (#10), two washers (#3), two nylon washers (#15) and one locknut (#7). NOTE: Attach Lower Board Arms as shown, with "Goaliath" decals facing out and end with one hole towards the Main Post. Tighten bolts snug but, do not over tighten. 7.
Insert Tube Plugs (#9) in both ends of Upper Board Arms (#19). Attach Upper Board Arms (#19) to second hole from top in Pivot Channel (#6), as shown in Figure 5, using one bolt (#10), two washers (#3), two nylon washers (#15) and one locknut (#7). Tighten bolts snug but, do not over tighten. Board Arms must pivot freely.

Secure Board Arms (#19) to Jack Springback (#13) using two bolts (#12), four washers (#30) and two locknuts (#16). Tighten bolts snug but, do not over tighten. Board Arms must pivot freely.
