Check if needle bearing is damage or too big clearance. Rotate the inside of inner bearing with fingers to check if the bearing rotation is in smooth and silent. Check if the bearing outer parts are closed and fixed. Replace it if necessary. Outer bearing Clipper Caution If the inner bearing equipped with oil seal on side in the driven pulley, then remove the oil seal firstly.
