The food pusher is part of the basic equipment of this machine and it could be dangerous to use the appliance without it. â· Do not touch or pull the electric cable with wet or damp hands or feet. Place the food item to be sliced on the sliding tray and use the pusher to exert a gentle pressure against the mobile guide, keeping your thumb behind the protector at all times. For best results, we recommend that you exert regular, firm, but not excessive pressure on the circular knife. When you have finished, unplug the appliance. For safety reasons and to protect the blade while in storage, rotate the thickness regulator to align the mobile guide with the knife. Safety switch This slicer is provided with a safety switch to avoid the possibility of it being switched on accidentally.
