Fill kit for E-DWT,  P/N 3462475,  includes:
DESCRIPTION Aluminum Handheld Vacuum Pump Fluid Reservoir Kit,  4. 5 OZ Tubing,  1/4" Id,  3/8" OD Tubing,  Pfa, 1/4" OD Hose Clip Elbow,  1/4 Push-In X 10-32unf Slide Valve,  Knurled Sleeve,  Brass 10-32 Hex Extension Adapter,  2 In Length,  Brass O-Ring,  Fluorocarbon (Fkm),  Brown QTY 1 PART NO.  [. . . ] Open the slide valve by sliding the shuttle up: Valve operation is UP-OPEN and DOWN-CLOSED when the kit is in the orientation shown in Figure 1. Squeeze the hand pump until vacuum is near 25 inHg. Read the vacuum on the gauge attached to the hand pump. 

Close the slide valve by sliding the shuttle down. Fill the reservoir cup halfway with the liquid test media. Refer to E-DWT-H User's Manual for supported test fluids. Remove the brass standoff from the reservoir port. Liquid will be drawn into the evacuated system.
