 [. . . ] Press C to switch from "MONTH:DATE" format to "DATE:MONTH" format. Set Calendar Press and hold D for 2 seconds until short beep tone. Watch will auto exit to Big Tic mode if pushers are not pushed in 2 minutes.  [. . . ] After 20 seconds,  alarm sound and counter stop and all digits freeze. Press C to recall previous timer setting. Press D to reset counter to "0:00" and "0" in bottom display. Set Countdown Timer Press and hold D for 2 seconds. The setting sequence is HOUR (0-19),  MINUTE (0-59) and SECOND (00-59). Maximum setting is "19HR 59MIN:59SEC". Press D to exit setting mode. 

Daily Alarm Mode ( ) 1. Press C again to turn alarm On/Chime On. Press C again to turn Alarm Off/Chime On. Press C again to turn Alarm Off/ Chime Off. When on,  these icons stay on display in all modes. Note:Ifhourlychimeison, keytoneison. Ifhourlychimeisoff, keytoneisoff. 

Set Daily Alarm Press and hold D for 2 seconds until short beep tone. When the alarm time is reached,  the watch will stay in current mode. Auto exit to Big Tic mode if pushers are not pushed in 2 minutes. Original setting values will remain. 

Chronograph Mode (99 hour,  59 minute,  59 second maximum without lap) 1. Display shows "SECOND:1/100 SECOND" and "MINUTE" counter at bottom of display.  [. . . ] See "Daily Alarm Mode" section. Entering or exiting modes is followed by 1 short beep. Entering or exiting a setting mode is followed by 2 short beeps.  [. . . ]
