Time and Calendar Setting 1.  [. . . ] Press pusher D while chronograph is running. (Will record up to 8 laps. ) E to finalize timing. A to enter TR Mode. 

Count Down/Up Timer Setting Count Up 1. With timer at zero,  press pusher E to start counting. Press and hold pusher C for 3 seconds to enter Setting Mode. Press pusher D and E to adjust digits up/down. Alarm Setting (4 alarms) Use E to turn hourly chime and alarm chime on/off. Hourly chime allows the watch to chime at every hour.
