During playback (pg. 43), movies are displayed in the monitor as shown at right. The following operations can be performed while a movie is displayed:

Description Press the selector down to start playback. If playback is not in progress, pressing the selector up will delete the current movie. Press the selector right to advance, left to Advance/ rewind. If playback is paused, the movie rewind will advance or rewind one frame each time the selector is pressed. Press MENU/OK to pause playback and disAdjust play volume controls. Press the selector volume up or down to adjust the volume; press MENU/OK again to set the volume.

Viewing Pictures on TV
Connect the camera to a TV and tune the television to the video channel to show pictures to a group. The supplied A/V cable connects as shown below. Turn the camera off before connecting the cable.

Press a for about a second to turn the camera on. The camera monitor turns off and pictures and movies are played back on the TV. Note that the camera volume controls have no effect on sounds played on the TV; use the television volume controls to adjust the volume.

If the printer supports PictBridge, the camera can be connected directly to the printer and pictures can be printed without first being copied to a computer. Note that depending on the printer, not all the functions described below may be supported.
