The lava stones guarantee an even, intensive transfer of heat. Only operate the grill with lava stones. Take the lava stones out of the plastic bag and pour them into the lava stone container. Place the griddle plate on the grill, so that the feet of the griddle plate lie on the lava stone container. The griddle plate should be centered on the grill and should not touch the appliance cover. The griddle plate is particularly suitable for preparing fish, vegetables, sweets (e. g.
