Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these "photosensitive epileptic seizures" while watching video games. When the blue line goes outside of the red circle, you are sliding, because there is more force acting on the tire than there is grip available. A fast driver will keep the blue line at the edge of the circle when accelerating, decelerating, or cornering. If you see the blue line outside of the circle frequently, try to be more smooth in your actions on the track. This shows the current position of the suspension within its available travel. Use this to help determine proper spring and damping adjustments.
